Poker Pro Phil Hellmuth Selling Las Vegas Home

Phil Hellmuth, the 15-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, is selling his Las Vegas country club mansion, which he purchased in 2002 as a second residence during his WSOP and long Vegas trips.

The property is listed for $525,000 and is being exclusively sold by Karina Jett, a well-known poker player and realtor at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty.

“This has been a second residence for Phil since he purchased it in 2002. Its close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip is his favourite feature,” Karina Jett.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vintage-style home is located in the Las Vegas Country Club gated community that offers stunning views of the golf course and the Las Vegas Strip.

According to Bob Hamrick, chairman and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, the property is "representative of Old Vegas style" and can be returned to its "original glory" with a little renovation.

The house features a view overlooking the second green, a balcony, a sparkling pool, a two-car garage, and an extended driveway. Despite its attractive features, Hellmuth never lived in the property and instead preferred to stay in a luxury suite at the Aria. Jett revealed that Hellmuth's favourite feature of the property is its proximity to the Las Vegas Strip.
