Full Tilt Poker Sit & Go Trio: Play Viktor Blom for $5k

Just recently, Full Tilt Poker pitted Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom against Jake Cody in a Best-of-Three series of sit and go's. Blom swept the three SNG's and won $50,000 through the promotion. And now, Full Tilt is giving players an opportunity to take on the champ in the Sit & Go Trio promo. If you're interested in being one of the players who'll compete against Isildur1 heads-up for a $5,000 prize, then check out the details below.

Full Tilt Sit & Go Trio Promotion Dates

Sit & Go Trio runs from Monday, September 28th to Sunday, October 3rd, 2014. Qualifying players will then play against Blom in heads-up matches on Oct. 5th. The starting times for the heads-up games are 14:45 ET, 15:00 ET, 15:15 ET, 15:30 ET, 15:45 ET and 16:00 ET.

Play Three SNG's in 24 Hours

To start on the road towards playing Blom, you must first play three SNG's in a 24-hour period. For the purposes of this promotion, 24 hours is considered within a calendar day running from 00:00 ET to 23:59 ET. Anybody who plays three SNG's within this time frame during the promo will get a $1,000 freeroll ticket. Check your "Tournament History" page to see how many SNG's you've completed in a day.

Players can also get a second freeroll ticket within the same day by playing six SNG's - at least three on the desktop software and three on the Full Tilt mobile app. In all, players will have 12 chances at getting in the $1k freerolls.

Freeroll Start Times and Registration

Each $1k Sit & Go Trio freeroll starts at 14:30 ET from Sept. 29th to Oct. 4th and features a Super Turbo format. Remember that you must self-register for every freeroll, and your tickets need to be used the day after you earn them - any unused tickets will expire. Registration begins at 12:30 the day of the freeroll and tournaments must be played on the desktop software.

Qualifying to play Blom

Anybody who finishes in the top three of a $1K Sit & Go Trio Freeroll will get to play Viktor Blom. If you can beat Isildur1 in one of these heads-up SNG's, you'll earn a $5,000 prize. Just like the freeroll tournaments, players need to self-register for the HU matches on Oct. 5th.

Assuming you play against Blom, you'll not only have the opportunity to win $5, but also have one great story to tell about beating an online poker legend.
